Allison Hansch

Pregnancy and childbirth is a natural and spiritual time in a woman’s life. It’s a time that leads you into the exciting path of motherhood. A woman’s body is naturally built to labor babies; it is surrendering to your bodies’ natural process that woman need guidance through. Having the support and love of a Doula during your birthing process brings healing through massage, breathing methods, visualization, and positions that will purely prompt your baby to move down the birth canal. A Doula also guides your partner on how to connect and help during labor. My beliefs are that every woman deserves unconditional emotional and physical healing support throughout her pregnancy and labor. As your Doula I will provide prenatal and postnatal care as well as labor support for you and your partner. I work with each of my clients to develop a birth plan that they are comfortable with and can present to all who are involved in their birth. I offer resources and information so that you feel confident and prepared to make the right decisions for you and your baby.

I have completed the Dona Doula training and I am in the process of becoming certified through DONA International. I have worked as a post-partum Doula for the past year and I am currently working to build my experience in births. I am passionate about pregnancy, birthing and babies. I will be there for you whether it is 2pm or 2am with a question about pregnancy, labor contractions, or if its time! If for any reason I am unavailable I will always have a back-up Doula that you can meet in a pre-natal visit. My rates are flexible and I give free consultations so that we can make sure it will be a good fit.

I would be honored to be a part of your pregnancy and childbirth experience. Thank you for your time and I look forward to meeting you!

Peace and love,
Allison
