I am a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, as well as a mother of two. As a busy mom, I understand how hard it can be to stay healthy and fit. That is why I started Sunshine Wellness – to help my clients look and feel their best!

• HEALTHY MEAL & SNACK DELIVERY: Nutritious meals and snacks made from the highest quality ingredients are prepared by personal chefs and delivered fresh to your home twice a week. We assess your nutritional needs and food preferences to customize your individual food plan.
• NUTRITION SERVICES: We offer 3 - 6 month wellness packages to accommodate a wide variety of clients and their individual nutritional needs.
• HEALTHY SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM: Our goal is to educate and nourish children with delicious lunches made from natural ingredients. Individual organic bagged lunches are delivered fresh to the school just prior to their lunch period.
