I have a nursing degree, a massage certification and have taught childbirth education and exercise classes for 25 years.  My length of care in the field of pregnancy, labor, and new parenting allows me a unique perspective that I pass on to all my students.  I offer ongoing classes in prenatal yoga/stretch and strengthening, as well as guided imagery and relaxation skills.  I also sell nutritional supplements for the prenatal and postpartum months and I am the area’s distributor for organic cotton baby slings.  Classes, goods, and services for the mother to be…and much more.  Offering consultations as well.
