My journey as a doula began when I gave birth to my son Aiden Gabriel. Giving birth for me was not only an initiation into motherhood, but also an initiation to my calling and deeper purpose in this life. One of my greatest passions is being a Doula, which I believe is somebody who listens, provides well supported information regarding pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period as well as providing references to community members who have trained backgrounds, such as acupuncturists, herbalists, breastfeeding consultants..., and lastly provides loving support for the birthing woman/couple throughout labor and delivery with a non-judgmental focus.

My rates are flexible, and I offer free consultations to anybody interested in having a doula be a part of their experience. However, I recommend consulting with several doulas to find the right match for you.

My services as your doula will include, 2-3 prenatal visits, while also being available for any questions that you have via pone or email, as well as providing physical, mental and emotional support throughout the labor and delivery process, and 2 postpartum/follow up visits.
