I have been working with pregnant and new mothers and their families for over ten years. As the only "Birthing From Within" Certified Mentor on the South Coast, I offer a unique perspective on preparation for birth and parenting. In addition to "Birthing From Within" childbirth preparation classes, I offer complete birth and postpartum doula services, breastfeeding assistance in your home, Henna body art, pregnancy belly casting,
Blessingway planning, and baby slings for sale.

My other qualifications include: Certified Birth Doula (through DONA), and Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I am also the mother of three children, including twins, and have extensive compassion for
and experience with mothers of multiples. I offer a free initial consultation for women looking for a doula, and I look forward to
talking with you about how I can support and empower you and your family throughout your childbearing year.
